Autoptimize not working subsite (folder setup)

Hi Frank,

I enabled Autoptimize on my multisite but it seems CSS and JS combination is only working on the root domain, not on the subfolder site.

e.g. https://runnerslab.com/review/saucony-triumph-18/ –> working
https://runnerslab.com/es/modelo/saucony-triumph-18-valoracion-opiniones/ –> not working

As far as I can see, themes and plugins settings are identical on both sites.

Do you know what I could be missing?

OK, I was able to reproduce the issue on my local multisite and I just committed what I think (hope) is the fix for it on Github. Would be great if you could download the Github beta version here to replace AO 2.8.1 (disable but don’t remove to avoid loosing settings) and test if this indeed works for you?

bummer .. in that case, time for debug logging indeed!

can you replace the contents of autoptimizeBase.php with the code in https://gist.github.com/futtta/607b2d34b826f08119ba21519a5585a8 and then check the PHP errorlog for the resulting debug info (only need to do this briefly, you can switch back to the normal autoptimizeBase.php afterwards). You can copy/paste the debug info to a github gist or on pastebin.com or similar and link to that here?

OK, small update in the gist, can you re-copy to autopitmizeBase.php, test again and if not OK dump debug log in a pastebin?
