Support » Plugin: Autoptimize » Autoptimize not Showing Cached or Deferred Parsing with WP Super Cache

  • So I had all functioning perfectly. Page score was looking phenomenal but I decided to use WP Super Cache in conjunction with Autoptimize in order to really boost things further.

    This helped in terms of overall speed quite well, but the problem I am having now is that despite Autoptimize displaying signs of caching (There is data in the cache), it seems to have ignored all rules in terms of aggregating and deferring parsing of Javascript/CSS.

    When I view my source there are no longer Autoptimize files and my GTmetrix Page Speed and Yslow scores have taken a hit because of it.

    I am using Expert Mode of WP Super Cache and have added:

    // ** DEFINE AUTOPTIMIZE LOCATION ** //
    define( 'AUTOPTIMIZE_CACHE_CHILD_DIR', '/resources/' );

    Based on research, but still no to avail. I have deleted all of my caches and have yet to figure this out.

    Anybody dealt wit this in the past?
