    probably a problem with another plugin messing with the output buffer @wooncherk, you could either try to disable (and re-enable) other plugins one by one to identify the conflicting one or you could try the to enable autoptimize’s OB-killer by using this filter (which might break stuff, so use with care);

    add_filter('autoptimize_filter_obkiller','__return_true');

    hope this helps,

    I have the same problem.
    The filter don’t work.
    The problem arrive just when users are connected.
    Do you have an idea to debug?

    disable all plugins (including your mu-plugin) and if the problem persists switch theme briefly?
