OK @lennilg , let’s dig in to try and find the root cause;
* were you using AO before without this issue?
* when having that blank page, is there HTML in the source, or is that blank as well? if there is HTML, do you see any JS errors on the browser console?
* can you test with AO doing only HTML optimization or only CSS optimization or only JS optimization or only Image opt. (incl. lazyload if you use that) to see if this is due to one specifically?
In the mean time I tested locally (WordPress + WooCommerce + AO, nothing more) with a new page with just the [products]
shortcode and that works, so at least the issue is not a generic one;

@optimizingmatters working on the error notified by @tkwpweb and found that the problem is not caused by Smart Cookie Kit, for next versions of your great plugin I hope you will consider to publish updates on working days and not during holidays.
Regards and have great holidays.

I’m afraid I specifically target holidays as that results in smaller uptake of the update (less people checking their wp-admin/ updating), meaning potential bugs have an impact on a smaller group of users.
@optimizingmatters
So far I’ve been able to gather, that enabling “Optimize HTML Code?” will cause a blank shop page / page using “[products ” woocommerce shortcode for admin users. Disabling the option, allows the page to display. It’s a full blank page, no html, body etc.
* were you using AO before without this issue? Yes, working fine before latest update.
* when having that blank page, is there HTML in the source, or is that blank as well? if there is HTML, do you see any JS errors on the browser console? No html, fully blank and no errors in chrome console.
* can you test with AO doing only HTML optimization or only CSS optimization or only JS optimization or only Image opt. (incl. lazyload if you use that) to see if this is due to one specifically? Sure, I discovered that I am able to run with HTML optimization enabled, and js, and css if Image optimization is disabled, and only when disabled does the page render for admins.
@lennilg
-> so it’s image optimization or HTML optimization? what if you have HTML + CSS + JS + imageopt but not lazyload?
-> can you download https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/autoptimize.zip and overwrite the current version and test if that fixes things (the zip is still marked as 2.6.0 but has a number of fixes that will become 2.6.1 soon)

Updating to the improved version works like a charm, thanks a lot!
thanks for the confirmation lennilg, guess it’s about time to push 2.6.1 out 🙂
and 2.6.1 is out the doors, thanks to all for the very valuable feedback and patience!! 🙂
hi dude
the latest version contains Trojan (virus.html.cloud.1) what is this bro?
had a look and this is a false positive only reported by 360 security as far as I know, safe to ignore.
2.6.1 seems very stable, so going to un-sticky this topic.
a big thanks to everyone who helped identify problems/ verify fixes in 2.6.0, you guys & girls are part of AO’s success!
best wishes for 2020 to all!
