Autoplay on chrome and Edit popup not working

    So months and months ago I was getting feedback that some sort of audio is playing in the background on my website, but I never really got what these people are talking about because I was using Firefox. And the problem is on Chrome.

    So I have a text link to pop-up where I have a YouTube video with autoplay. On chrome it starts without the text link is clicked. When I click it it starts from the beginning.

    Also I tried to edit the pop-up and disable the autoplay for the video, but when I click to edit it – the page turns blank. Here’s a screenshot:
