Some details would be helpful. Which plugin settings and video provider do you use? A link to the page in question would be helpful.
Thanks Alex for your response. We managed to resolve the issue by changing the autoplay function to false.
But we faced another issue. Our website have infinite scrolling function. While on the homepage, the video thumbnails (featured video) appears fine, but when we scroll further down (clicking on “show more articles” button), the new loaded articles are missing the video thumbnail and only showing blank white area.
Is there a specific setting we can change to solve it?

You will want to call initFeaturedVideoPlus() using JavaScript everytime new articles have been loaded. The plugin tries to compensate for this automatically, but it does not work with all different infinite scroll configurations.

Could you please clarify more? Is it something to be changed within the functions.php file?
