Autoplay doesn’t work on mobile

    Hi, Great plugin!

    It works perfectly on desktop, it does autoplay after user clicks the image anchor but it doesn’t autoplay on mobile.
    Is this possible and if so how to accomplish that?

    I tried it on Android phone with Chrome browser and IOS phone with Safari browser.

    The shortcode that I have used it was:
    [video_lightbox_youtube video_id=”igQvjtmeDus” width=”800″ height=”600″ anchor=”/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/Subtract.png”]

    Hi, have you tried a plugin/theme conflict test? This could determine if the issue is coming from a conflict. Also do you run a cache plugin in your site?

    Yes I have tried plugin/theme conflict test and nothing happened.
    And no, I don’t run a cache plugin in my site.

    I have fix this SyntaxError, and nothing happened.

    Does video auto play in general mode works on phone without any problems?

    Hi, have you enabled the Autoplay slideshow feature in the plugins settings?

    Yes, I have enabled it, and that is the shortcode:
    [video_lightbox_youtube video_id=”igQvjtmeDus” width=”800″ height=”600″ anchor=”/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/Subtract.png”]

    I have another question, can I put a value for width: 100%?
    If no, what is the best alternative for this value for your plugin?

    Thank you for sharing more information. Can you add the full path to the image instead of ”/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/Subtract.png”. Also, have you tested one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Twenty?

    I have another question, can I put a value for width: 100%?

    Yes, you should be able to use 100%.
