Hi,
The shortcode does not add paragraphs. The wp editor does according to where you place the shortcode.
Try inserting the shortcode right before the text you want.
You also need to remove the mPS2id-highlight from the target attribute, as this class is added automatically by the plugin.
Hope this helps
Hi Mahilu.
It’s not solved, but thanks a lot for your help!

No problem.
Where and how you add the shortcode. Do you use a page builder? Do you add the shortcode within a paragraph? Do you add it on its own line?
Hi again malihu. I’m using layouts from Toolset. It has an option to desactivate autoparagraph, that works fine but not in this case.
I tried to insert the shortcode in 3 different places
1. In a visual editor cell. I have activated the option “deactivate autoparagraph”. It adds a paragraph always even though that i have checked “deactivate autoparagraph”
2. In the last line of a view -> It adds a paragraph
3. In a widget -> It adds a paragraph
At this moment i have shortcodes ins every section (that adds an a autoparagraph) and in a view

The plugin does not deal with autoparagraph at all, so the problem must be with the Toolset(?)
What happens if you add the [ps2id id='some-id'/]
shortcode between text? Does it create a new paragraph?
Also, which shortcode do you use? ps2id_wrap
or ps2id
?
Malihu U’re the master!
I was using this shortcode [ps2id id=’some-id’/]
If I use [ps2id_wrap id=’some-id’/] works perfect!
Thanks a lot! Best!
