Automattic\Jetpack\Stats\Tracking_Pixel::get_footer_to_add deprecated error

Just updated to Jetpack 12.4 and this ErrorException started popping up all over the place all of a sudden.

User Deprecated: Function Automattic\Jetpack\Stats\Tracking_Pixel::get_footer_to_add is <strong>deprecated</strong> since version 0.6.0 with no alternative available

We use Jetpack Stats and that’s about it.

1. Are the stats no longer being counted?
2. Is Jetpack aware of the issue?
