AutomatorWP + WooCommerce Extension – Plugin Issue with Woocommerce Subscription

    Hello AutomatorWP Team,

    I am using your plugin AutomatorWP (regular version) + WooCommerce (regular version).

    Everything is working, but products that are subscription based by using the official WooCommerce Subscription plugin do not trigger an automation if the automation is “guest purchases product” and if that product happens to be a subscription product.

    I also did a plugin conflict test to see if anything was conflicting with the Woocommerce Subscription plugin (turned off all the plugins, etc.). Still didn’t work.

    I am pretty sure a piece of code needs to be placed into the AutomatorWP plugin to make woocommerce subscription products when purchased to trigger an automation.

    Hi @timtopshape!

    AutomatorWP does not support Subscriptions Guest Purchases. If you see our triggers features, there is not one about guest subscriptions. That is mainly because WooCommerce Subscriptions needs to create a user, so you will need to try using our Pro WooCommerce integration to have available subscription triggers.
