Hello, we are using Uncanny Codes and Automator for enrolling users to LearnDash course.

We have only one LearnDash course and two batches of codes (batch 1 and batch 2) with different prefixes created with Uncanny Codes.
For those two batches, we have created two different recipes, see Uncanny Codes config image.

The Automator recipes setup is when a user redeems a code from batch (1 or 2) it will be enrolled to the LearnDash course and then redirected to course page. Remember, we have setup two different recipes for two different triggers (code batch 1 and 2). See automator setup image.

The problem is that when we have added the second batch and created the second recipe, the first one stopped working. And when a user with a code from batch 1 redeems the code he sees an error message “To use this code, enter it on the checkout page and complete your purchase.”.

Is like the batch 1 codes are no triggered. I have see on logs that there is no registration on the triggers of batch 1 after activating recipe on batch 2. No triggers, no actions, nothing.

I have even disabled automator recipe for batch 1 and tested to redeem a code and see the same error message. Again, is like the recipe is not recognized and never triggered.

    Any ideas?

Hi @danidub , we followed up on the Help Desk ticket you logged and hope to get more feedback there. We do want to make sure you’re using the latest version of Uncanny Codes and we need to find out more about how you’re redeeming codes and what’s outputting the error. Thanks!

Hey @uncannyautomator, thank you for the follow up.

Updating the plugin seems to fix the issue. I will mark this ticket as resolved and keep testing. If any errors show I will post here. Thank you!

Hi @danidub , thanks so much for the update! Keep us posted if anything else does come up (though if it’s on the Uncanny Codes side, maybe you could post to our Help Desk on uncannyowl.com, that way it’s easier for the developers associated with that plugin to see the ticket and respond directly).
