# Automations not triggering

 * Dear Fluent CRM team,
 * I have the paid pro version of your plugin and set up some automations, which
   should be triggered automatically when a Woocommerce order containing a certain
   product is marked as complete. However, they just don’t trigger! What could be
   the reason for this?

 * If you have the automation published and it still not triggered then can please
   create a video of the full automation setup so we can have a better understanding
   of the issue?
