Automation is not working for multi language

    Hello,

    We have a multi language site using Polylang plugin.

    I setup ShopMagic plugin and setup an Automation that will fire an email when customer place an order.

    It works fine with English version but it is not working for Romania language.

    Is there any settings to check for multi language?

    Actually I just found it under Settings > Modules > Multilingual

    and it works 🙂

    However is it possible to set different template for different languages?

    I apologize for the waiting time for an answer.

    Sending emails in two languages ​​is not possible now – but we are working on fixing it. The update should be released in about 2-3 weeks.
