# Automation bug

 * Hi, 
   I was with version 3.0.2 and now upgraded to 3.0.6 but the error still there.
   Automation is sending an email for pending order. 1 order yesterday, no email….
   so I checked, opened the settings for that automation rule and after loading 
   the page, I got the following error:
 * Failed to load plugin: table from url [https://dotsmtncambodia.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/table/plugin.min.js](https://dotsmtncambodia.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/table/plugin.min.js)
 * Could you have a look or tell me what to do?

 * I’m sorry you experience such troubles. The error you mention is not related 
   to ShopMagic.
 * To debug this issue, firstly check Logs → Outcomes page – it’s possible that 
   some automations actually fire, but cannot be finished due to some error. If 
   that’s so – anything should be on this page.
 * If this doesn’t bring any piece of information, I would ask you to collect ShopMagic’s
   logs and send it over to us to analyze.
 * You can enable logging in ShopMagic by heading to ShopMagic → Settings → General
   → Enable logging. Let ShopMagic work for some time (day or two) collecting logs,
   or make a test purchase which leads to an email not being sent. Importantly, 
   to download the log file you should seek in your server’s error log or (if you’ve
   enabled WordPress debugging by setting `WP_DEBUG` and `WP_DEBUG_LOG` to `true`
   in `wp-config.php`) in `wp-content/debug.log` on your website (usually accessed
   through FTP connection).
 * If hope either way, you will be able to give us more detailed information about
   the issue to help you resolve it.
