Automatically Upload Posts to Social networking Sites

    Does anyone know if there’s a way to use ShareThis to automatically upload each new blog post to multiple social networking sites. I currently use Networked Blogs to do this on Facebook. But I’d like to use ShareThis or another similar plugin to do this automatically.
