Automatically insert videos to post

Seems a few people are having similar issues but there are no replies to their posts yet.

I am using the video upload feature and the files are getting uploaded to the site fine but I was wondering if there is a way to automatically have the uploaded video file show up in the post in a player (whether that be the default WP media player or something like JW Player.)

At the moment I have to “approve” all posts manually as I have to edit them first, copy the uploaded file location and insert it as a video into the main post content area.
