 * is there a way to automatically enroll new users who register on the site for
   free courses.
   Or is it possible to redirect to the courses page after registering
   on the site?

 * Unfortunately, there is no such automated option in the plugin by default.
 * As an alternative way, you can use the Students manage option, where you as admin
   can enroll students manually from the wp-admin > MS LMS > Courses section by
