 * After enabling or disabling a plugin W3TC asks raises a notification in the admin
panel that page cache should be emptied. Today we had to click that dozens of
   times during our development.
 * Could emptying page cache upon plugin enabling/disabling be made to happen automatically?
 * If not, what’s the reason for it being a mandatory manual step?
