Hello.
You can create rule in the email-reminders plugin to create email reminders only from the “approved” emails. Just add one additional condition for the rules, like this:
status_data=Approved
So in this case email reminders will be only for the approved bookings.

Hi,
Thank you for the swift response. The only “problem” is that the changes in existing bookings in booking calendar do not follow up in the email reminders contact list. The cancelled booking in booking calender remains “approved” in the e-mail reminders contact list. And the new booking appears with the status “pending”.
The purpose of my reminders is to send a reminder to the person who has an approved booking one day beforehand. There can be only one booking each day.
If there are more bookinglines on that day, my solution would be to get only the latest booking as a result of the rules. But with the set of “if” possibilities in the plugin I am not able to do that.
My first rule is:
send email if check_in equals today + 1 days
And then I want one outcome instead of two

I understood the issue. We will add improving of this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin, but I can not say, when this feature will be implemented. Sorry.

I understand.
I also found out, that the “auto import” feature not only imports the approved, but also the pending bookings.
That doesn’t have to be a problem, if the statusses would be updated also, and I would use your suggestion of adding a rule with “status = approved”.
I suggest that you leave this topic as unresolved.
