Automatically creating author profiles for admins

We are using this for a client’s website and using it alongside the Beaver Builder and Search & Filter Pro plugins.

When a user clicks the dropdown to filter by authors, it shows all the authors that have posted… including the admins, even though they don’t have any posts.

Obviously the client doesn’t want the admins showing as authors, so I’ve tried to delete my admin account as an author, but then when I refresh it reappears and shows in the filter plugin.

Is there a way to prevent it keep automatically creating profiles for admins?
