    Hi,

I’m looking for a way to automatically complete orders 5 days after it’s been done.

I have a marketplace that works like this: a client buys a product for the vendor; said product is actually an URL of a custom post that the vendor has made for that client, so instead of uploading a pdf file, the vendor uploads the URL. Then the client has to choose wether they approve the URL, which changes the order status to completed, or they ask for changes on the post, which will keep the order status as processing.

What I’m looking for is for a way that, if the client doesn’t interact at all with the order, i.e, doesn’t approve it nor ask for changes, after 5 days of not interacting the order status automatically changes to Completed.

I hope I have explained myself clear enough, and hope someone may lend me a hand with this.

    Thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,

We’ve built WunderAutomation, free plugin on the WordPress plugin repo, to deal with this kind of customizations.

Without knowing the details of your use case, it sounds like something you could solve using a scheduled/delayed workflow with our base plugin.

We’d be interested to working with you (free) to ensure that our plugin can cover
Your use case. Go look for the plugin on the repo and contact us if you need/want help setting up an automation workflow to solve this.

    Kind regards,

Sounds like a nifty use-case indeed and not something that the core WooCommerce plugin caters for out of the box. The *closest* we have to that would be either:
