Automatically change blogtitles (H2) to H1

Thanks for your suggestion. At my website on the homepage, the blogtitles already ar an H2 tag. The problem lies in the specific pages of the blogposts; there the title is a H2, were it is suppose to be an H1 (and the title of the website an H2 or H3).

Maybe you’ve got a solution for that? I can’t find the right file where this is defined in.
