Automatically add user to n groups using checkboxes

    Hi, I’m using CF7 to manage users registration. I’d like to make them choose their groups by checking one or more checkboxes. Every checkbox has the value of an existing group. I’m not so good about PHP coding, I just need to get the values and use them to assign user to groups. Thank you.
