    Awesome plugin! I was just wondering if there is a way to add a disclaimer at the bottom of our email massge when we send a email to users or groups without having to manually add it in the message box. My client has a hard time remembering to add it before sending. Thanks in advance!

    No, there isn’t something like that but it would be fairly easy to implement, I’ll put it on the to-do list and see if I can add it in the near future.

    The ability to add a footer is now available in 4.6.0. By default a “Powered by Email Users” footer is used.

    Many thanks Mike! This is just what we needed. You rock!

    Hi guys, following on from this I’d like to also change the footer text, I’ve changed the ‘powered by’ in the plugins files but it doesn’t seem to reflect in any new messages sent? It’s still the default ‘Powered By’?

    By the way – amazing plugin. If I can get it to fit my needs I’ll defiantly donate! 🙂

    @gio91 – this thread is marked resolved and your question is not the same. Please start your own thread.

    Will do, sorry 🙂

    You don’t need to change the code, there is a entry on the plugin settings page where you can put whatever text you want.

    Dashboard->Settings->Email Users

    Once the default value is stored in the database, the value in the code itself will be ignored as you have found out. Just use the Settings Page, set it to whatever you want, and you should be good to go.
