   redirects from http to https requests, and from `www.example.com` to `example.
   com`, if `https://example.com` is given as the URLs in General Settings? With

 * Wordpress handels most redirects via [https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_redirect/](https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_redirect/)–
   this is of course only one function for it. Unfortunately, I cannot judge at 
   the moment at which point this function is called to carry out the redirections
   you are looking for.

   there are more developers there than in this forum here.
