Automatic upgrade of worpress fails at step 3

    Hi
    I know I”m using a very old version but on my dashboard it gives me the option to automatic upgrade but this process fails at step 3 (after the backup). I think step 3 is when it tries to retrieve the latest version of wordpress.

    Can anyone help please?
