# Automatic Upgrade help

 * Hi all, I am having a problem using the automatic upgrade feature. It ask me 
   for a hostname, user name, and password and the connection type is ftp. does 
   anyone know how I can use the automatic feature to upgrade and also to install
   plugins? I would appreciate the help

 * its seems that the info is wrong. When I am in my wordpress, its asking me to
   upgrade to 2.8.. and I click it, then it give me 2 selection, automatic install
   and manual install. I click automatic and it ask me for information; the hostname,
   username, and password. I am stuck and dont know what I am doing wrong

 * You need to enter the exact ftp access credentials as provided to you by your
   host. You might want to check with them if what you have isn’t working.
