Automatic update deletes my translations

Hi,

Every time I install a plugin I get something like this:

1) Installing “New plugin”

2) It seems like translation files for “Other plugins you have” are outdated. Updating…

3) “New plugin” installed

4) Translations for “Other plugins you have” updated.

So I lose everything.
I have backed up my mo files somewhere else and I constantly replace them. sometimes they get replaced even if I don’t install anything.

Any suggestion? Thanks in advance.
