Automatic update caused loss of data

    Hello,

    I was informed via email that WP updated my 3.8.1 version to 3.8.5. Than I realized that all articles I had written between Nov and Dec got lost! As well as the counts by Count-per-day, but that is of minor importance….There is nothing in the database…..I wonder whether a backup was made before that update???
