• Hi,

One of the subscribed addresses in my MailPoet keeps getting unsubscribed automatically. If I change it to “subscribed”, it stays subscribed only for a short time, but the next day it is back to “unsubscribed”, sometimes even the same day. Nobody else is logging in or anything. Does anyone have an idea why this would happen?

Sorry, we have no idea why that’s happening. Only with one subscriber?

As far as I know it’s just the one subscriber, but I can’t really check every single subscriber. It’s actually my own team’s shared address, which is why I even noticed. But I’m sure nobody on the team is unsubscribing, and it happens even when nobody is logged on.

We’re sorry but we still have no idea about what’s going on.

    Hey wdunbar,
did you managed to find out what’s causing this issue? I’m having the same exact problem. I have one email address that every one or two weeks gets automatically unsubscribed. 🙁

No sorry, this was the last thing I’ve heard about it. It seems to be a mystery.

    Sorry to hear that. 🙁
@wysija do you have any ideas what might be wrong?
I checked inside the subscriber statistic page, where you can see the number of clicks and inside the column “link” there is no signs that the user clicked on the unsubscribed link.
I decide to test the unsubscribed link on purpose and clicked on it and in the admin panel did show that I have clicked [unsubscribe_link], but the strange thing is that the user I’m talking about is unsubscribed from the list even without clicking the link.
