# Automatic trigger not working?

 * Hi,
 * I have tried to set up an automatic trigger of the pop-up on my woocommerce website
   in specific product categories.
 * I used the feature load pop-up 5 sec after page load and precise the right category
   in the display rule although nothing happens when I’m on the product page. It
   also doesn’t work for tags neither for % of page height, pixels scrolled donwn,
   pretty much all automatic trigger won’t work.
