• Hi, Would it be soon available to automate the remote sync with deletion option off course.
    This would make the Xcloner truly an effective one.

    Hope to read you soon about it.
    Best.

    Hi, sorry for the approximation, I had a wrong vision of the issue. Let’s set the situation to the actual real problem I encounter.

    Actually I configured Xcloner for the first time, Google Drive connected, and when I do a manual backup it makes a 280Mb file and I can manually transfer it to my cloud service.
    But when I put the same backup on schedule mode I have a file of only 39Mb – why, is it incomplete? -, and secondary, the transfer to my Google drive when activated seem not working.

    As subsidiary question, which was my starting point, Will my G-drive backups been deleted simultaneously to my local files. It doesn’t seem so and a certain limit should be set for that absolutely if not.

    Regards.

    XCloner does provide a log where to can check why the backup size is smaller, you can see there which files were excluded and why. When setting up the schedule, did you exclude any files?

    As for the google drive connection, does XCloner make an attempt to connect to google drive? that would be in the xcloner log as well

    Great, can you say where to find the log please ?

    In Xcloner Dashboard, the XCloner Debugger tab, if it’s not activated, then enabled it first from XCloner Settings area, the Enable XCloner Backup Log option

    I saw this repeated message for an hour in the debugger log file :

    [2017-11-27 22:02:48] php_system.INFO: E_NOTICE: array ( 'type' => 8, 'message' => 'Constant ET_CORE_VERSION already defined', 'file' => '/var/www/vhosts/pulsar.one/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/Divi/functions.php', 'line' => 17, ) [] []
    [2017-11-27 22:02:47] php_system.INFO: E_NOTICE: array ( 'type' => 8, 'message' => 'Constant ET_CORE_VERSION already defined', 'file' => '/var/www/vhosts/pulsar.one/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/Divi/functions.php', 'line' => 17, ) [] []
    [2017-11-27 22:02:45] php_system.INFO: E_NOTICE: array ( 'type' => 8, 'message' => 'Constant ET_CORE_VERSION already defined', 'file' => '/var/www/vhosts/pulsar.one/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/Divi/functions.php', 'line' => 17, ) [] []

    You might want to ask your hosting support to disable the php notice message display, otherwise you might need to fix that message at code level, file p-content/themes/Divi/functions.php line 17, try and comment the ET_CORE_VERSION definition

    Ok, I’ll see that later probably since it doesn’t look to bring any more issues.

    But for now it seem that no message is showing any problem during the backup while the scheduled one is creating an incomplete backup without export to cloud as mentioned above.

    What could be the next step ?

    Feel free to open a support ticket on xcloner.com site, i would be happy to look directly into it. Otherwise, to debug, take a file path that is missing from the backup and search it on your log, what does is say? if it’s excluded, does it say why on the line near it?

    Hi, the fact is that your debug tool showing log displays only the one similar message copied above.
    Could there be a simple reason for that ?
