# Automatic product creation

 * Good afternoon! On my website, products are created and updated automatically(
   synchronization with the ERP system). I have set up triggers to create and update
   products, and the products should be assigned to a category based on the attribute
   value. However, none of the triggers have been triggered after the products have
   been uploaded. What am I doing wrong?

 * Good afternoon! The issue may be how the ERP saves products. The new product 
   and updated product triggers depend on standard WordPress/WooCommerce save events.
   What may be happening:
    - write products directly to the database and bypass these events, or
    - create the product first and assign its attributes afterward.
    - triggers are set, but rule is disabled
 * A workaround would be to set up in triggers “Schedule daily” 
   Can you let us 
   know what plugin/ tool are you using for synchronization? We will see how it 
   works and if we are able to replicate the issue on our end.
