 * Hi,
 * My friend has a pizza shop and has asked me to build a website for him. I have
   searched around and managed to work out how to build an e-commerce website using
   wordpress but I am still not clear on how the order will automatically be printed
   in my friends shop? How can I send the order from website to a thermal printer?
   what is the most economical way to do this? Is there any wordpress plugin that
   can do this for me? What kind of thermal printer do I need? Also does my friend
   need internet in his shop or phone line is enough?

 * Pretty much it sounds like your going to need to build a desktop app using C#
   for windows, Swift / Objective C for Mac, run a check on the database like every
   minute and if orders exist, push the order to the printer and print.

   Thanks for replying. Any idea if this can be achieved without the use of internet
   e.g. using fax machine? So instead of running a program locally which will require
   broadband how can we send an order from website to printer/fax without internet?

 * Your going to have to look for some API service that you can hook into and then
   most likely run a cron job to send the info to your fax.
