  • Hi,
    I think there is something wrong again with the automatic mails in version

    To reproduce:
    – Place an order (automatic mails are NOT sent)
    – Edit the order in theCartPress
    – Click “send email to billing/shipping email” (mail is sent correctly)
    – Click “send email to me” (mail is sent correctly)

    I expect automatic mails to be sent to me and to the customer in the first step. When I remember correctly, this was the case earlier. If this is intended behaviour: how can I activate automatic order confirmation mails?

    This functionality is really important. I don’t want to log in and check for new orders every day.

    I just test in and I’ve receved the emails…

    Please take a look to this settings: TheCartPress settings/checkout

    “@mails to send orders” your email.
    “From email”: this email must have the same domain as the site.
    “Send Purchase eMail to merchant”: checked
    “Send Purchase eMail to customer”: checked

    thank you for the detailed instructions. However it does not work for me. My settings are:

    mails to send orders: shop@[mydomain.tld]
    from email: no-reply@[mydomain.tld]
    send purchase email to merchant/customner: both checked

    Of course shop@[mydomain.tld] is configured and functional.
    What could be wrong? Might there be a problem regarding internationalization? My site language is German.
