# Automatic Latest Content ignores “Maximum posts = 1”

 * Hello,
 * I am using the free version of MailPoet and I am having an issue with Automatic
   Latest Content in Post Notifications.
 * Environment:
    - MailPoet version: 5.33.0
    - WordPress version: 7.0
 * Issue:
   When I set “Maximum posts” to 1 in the Automatic Latest Content block,
   the actual email still shows and sends multiple posts instead of only one.
 * Expected behavior:
   Only 1 post should be displayed and sent.
 * Actual behavior:
   The editor/preview shows multiple posts, and the actual sent
   email also contains multiple posts.
 * What I already tried:
    - Deleted the Automatic Latest Content block and added it again
    - Created a brand-new Post Notification from scratch
    - Recreated the notification/template and tested again
 * The same issue still happens.
 * This does not seem to be only a preview issue, because the received email also
   shows multiple posts.
 * If needed, I can share:
    - Screenshot of the block settings
    - Screenshot of the received email
    - Screenshot of MailPoet > Help > System Status
    - Text from MailPoet > Help > System Info
    - Screenshot of the Post Notification View history
 * Is this a known bug or a compatibility issue?
