  • On the one hand I have activated that invoices are not generated until the order is completed, however, when the customer buys, he already has his invoice automatically with the order, without giving me permission.

    On the other hand, is there any chance that when I (administrator) has completed it and the invoice is generated, the administrator automatically receives the pdf in the e-mail?

    Thank you, it would be very helpful to solve these two small details.

    Hi! It sounds like you may have enabled the attachment of the invoice to the “New Order” admin email. This is sent regardless of the order status after an order has been placed and will therefor even be sent if the order is not paid for.
    Additionally, do note that the presence of the invoice button does not mean that it’s already generated, just that you can create it. If you want to see which orders have an invoice in the order list, you can enable the invoice number column in the settings under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice > Enable invoice number column in the orders list.

    To receive a copy of the completed order email that is sent to the customer you can either use a filter as described in the documentation here, or if you don’t know coding you can use a plugin like WC Multiple Email Recipients.

    If I had activated always generate invoice. Now I leave it on completed orders and I hope this solves my problem
