Automatic Hyphenation Plugin

  • I have developed an automatic hyphenation plugin that I would appreciate some feedback on. Over the past few months, I think I have worked out the significant bugs, but I would appreciate some community reveiw before I remove the beta tag.

The plugin is wp-Hyphenate and is available at http://kingdesk.com/projects/wp-hyphenate/

If no significant issues are found, I will release it in the extend section here at wordpress.org

  • The plugin has been updated to be backwards compatible to php4. I’ve received some very helpful feedback; thank you.

The plugin has been updated to resolve a bug where the 4000th character (approximately) in long posts was being dropped. Unless I hear of any new and significant bugs, we will be removing the beta tag and releasing it at wordpress.org this weekend.

    Download the beta at http://kingdesk.com/projects/wp-hyphenate/

Hello! (Excuse me for my very bad English !)
But it is the very best plugin that I installed of all year !
Very good, and perfectly respectful of international norms of the typography.
    Very thanks you !

For those interested the wp-Hyphenation plugin has merged with the wp-Typogrify plugin (and grown a bit). The progeny is the wp-Typography project. You can download the beta here.

wp-Typography is now available in the WordPress Plugin Directory.
