# Automatic emails not working

 * Recently I had some customers complaining they wernt recieving email updates.
   I Havnt changed anything from the stock settings. Tried to do a test order and
   I recieved an email thats titled woo commerce receipt #, thank you for using 
   woo commerce services.
 * Id like this one to display my site title, and also none of my other emails are
   sending. Please help.

 * There’s a number of reasons why emails are not being received when they are sent
   from your site.
 * What I would suggest is to check if the emails are actually being _sent_ (and
   not _received_), or if they are not being sent to begin with. You can find a 
   quick guide for that, using a plugin called [WP Mail Logging](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/),
   right here:

 * If WP Mail Logging shows the email being **sent** successfully, but it’s not 
   _received_, that means that the issue is not with WordPress/WooCommerce, and 
   it could be with the SMTP provider, or your webhost, or on the receiver’s end.
   You will need to troubleshoot with your SMTP provider and your host.
 * If WP Mail Logging shows the email as **not** being sent, you will see an error
   message as well, which could point you in the right direction and give you some
   information about what might be wrong.
