 * Hi,
 * Two questions in regards to the automatic email function:
 * 1. Is there any way to ensure the ‘Registration Approved Email’ does not go into
   the spam folder of the user’s email?
 * 2. When users request a new password, they get an email from WordPress instead
   of the automated one I’ve set up via User Registration. I’ve made sure to tick
   the box that says ‘Enable this email sent to the user when a user requests for
   reset password.’, but this doesn’t appear to do the trick. How can I make this
   work?
 * Thanks in advance,
 * Christine

 * Hi [@christineclem](https://wordpress.org/support/users/christineclem/),
 * 1. You can try changing the subject of your Approved email in order to avoid
   filtering.
 * 2. Can you tell us which version of User Registration Plugin you are using? This
   issue has been fixed in **User Registration 1.6.1.**
 * Regards!

 * Hi Rumesh,
 * Thanks for your reply!
 * I have version 1.6.1 installed.
 * It just doesn’t appear to be the User Registration’s plugin that sends out the
   password reset email currently, even though I’ve enabled the password reset email
   through the User Registration plugin.
 * The password reset email currently comes from this address: [wordpress@websiteaddress.com.au](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/automatic-emails-3/wordpress@websiteaddress.com.au?output_format=md)
   via fw-mail.com, which makes me think it’s defaulted somehow. How do I change
   this? If I can’t change it to come from User Registration, do you know where
   can I edit the message and the sender address?
 * Thanks in advance, would be fantastic if you could help me.
 * Best,
 * Christine

 * Hi [@christineclem](https://wordpress.org/support/users/christineclem/),
 * If you are trying to reset password through our Login page. Then the email should
   be sent through our User Registration Plugin. Are you using any other mediam
   to reset password like core login or any other plugins?
 * Regards.

 * Hi Rumesh,
 * Thanks, that actually cleared a thing or two up. Can you please remind me – is
   there a shortcode for User Registration’s log in page? Or was this page auto
   generated upon installation of the plugin?

 * Hi [@christineclem](https://wordpress.org/support/users/christineclem/),
 * Yes, it should be auto generated as my account page. But if it wasn’t generated
   you can use this shortcode. `[user_registration_my_account]`

 * Hi Rumesh,
 * Thanks so much. That worked great! Is there a way to change the landing page
   though, so that when people log in, they are automatically redirected to a certain
   URL (and not to their User Registration account dashboard)?
 * Thanks heaps!

 * Hi [@christineclem](https://wordpress.org/support/users/christineclem/),
 * You can redirect users to a different page using this shortcode:
    [user_registration_my_account
   redirect_url=”sample-page”] Replace your previous code with this and then change
   the redirect_url. “sample-page” refers to the page slug of the page that you
   want to redirect to after user login.

 * Hi,
 * Thanks so much for trying to help me with this!
 * I’ve replaced my previous shortcode with this and it works great when registering
   new users. However, I have problems with the password reset function and receive
   the following error message when I click on the auto generated URL in the password
   reset email I receive for my test user:
 * This page isn’t working
    websiteurl.com.au redirected you too many times. Try
   clearing your cookies. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
 * Can you please try telling me what’s wrong here? I’ve tried to remove all redirects,
   even the one in the log in shortcode, but it doesn’t appear to be working.
 * Thanks in advance,
 * Christine

 * Hi [@christineclem](https://wordpress.org/support/users/christineclem/),
 * Can you tell me where the Generated URL is pointing to so that we can test it?
