# Automatic Demoting not working

 * It seems that the demotion for my users has not been happening after their subscription
   runs out.

 * I tried running the cron job manually, that didn’t seem to do anything.
    Do you
   want me to upload any logs?

 * Thanks for reporting this.
 * I’m working on this issue at the moment. It was introduced by a recent prefix
   change PayPal made to the subscription IDs, so now s2Member can’t find who the
   PayPal notification is talking about.
