Thanks for the feedback.
No, the images aren’t converted straight after being uploaded to the media library either.
Example: https://hallo-garten.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/Test_Hallo-Garten_NLPopupTeaser.jpg
@hellojan26, I want to see what might have gone wrong. Could you send me a screenshot of the Help Center tab in the plugin’s settings? I will check it because in this tab I have information about the status of your website.

We still need further diagnosis. Please follow these steps:
- Go to the plugin settings.
- Go to the “Help Center” tab.
- An additional “Expert Settings” tab will appear – go to it.
- Check the “Service mode” option.
- Save changes.
- Go to the Media Library and upload a new image. Please wait until the file is 100% uploaded.
- Return to the plugin settings, to the “Help Center” tab.
- Send me the value displayed for the
webpc_cron_request_response line
- Go to the “Expert Settings” tab.
- Uncheck the “Service mode” option.
- Save changes.
Here is the value for the line after the new upload:
