  • Yep, the plugin does it.

    Note you can turn it on and look at what it does without actually breaking anything. it does not build new pages, only adds a new dynamic endpoint with custom style — everything else comes from your existing content. 🙂

    In terms of edits to posts I assume if I edit an older post the amp version automatically update as well? What about tracking clicks on a CTA on blog posts? Is there a way to do that on AMP pages?

    The /amp/ is a new endpoint added to *all* your posts, same way /feed/ is added to make an RSS feed for any category. It’s just a new stylesheet for AMP + the endpoint appended to post permalink, and added rel=tag for the new amp addition. So, you don’t need to edit old posts to enable AMP, you just need to check your search console for pages with errors, then fix them if you care about older content.
