# Autolocate fail

 * Is there a way to display specific HTML content or show the “no results found”
   message if someone refuses the geolocate pop-up? The “start point” location doesn’t
   respect the distance radius so it shows a random location very far away that’s
   irrelevant to the user. Any help would be appreciated!

 * Unfortunately, for the plugin to work as it is intended, a start point is needed
   somehow, whether it comes from the browser geo location or, as a fallback, from
   the mandatory start point that you have to define in the settings.
 * If the start point is showing a random location and not the location that you
   set up in the settings, that is a different issue and we can look into it, but
   the most common causes for this are described in [this article](https://wpstorelocator.co/document/start-marker-placed-on-equator-near-africa/).

 * I’d like to not default to the “start point” but rather show no list and “no 
   stores found” message? Any help would appreciated.
