• When entering a donation via credit card and click on an autofill value, the screen jumps. When it comes back, all the data fields are blank and the country is now Panama. It’s supposed to be the US. How can this be corrected?

    I made a screen print but can’t figure out how to upload it here. When I press the Donate button, another screen pops up. This one requests the dollar amount of the donation and has buttons for PayPal and Credit or Debit cards. When I click on the Credit/Debit button, another screen pops up requesting credit card data plus my name and address. When I key in the first letter of my first name, a list of autofill choices pops up. When I pick one, the computer thinks about it a while then send me back to the same screen but empty, except for changing the country from the US to Panama.

    I have but the other browsers don’t have histories of me entering address information. So, there’s nothing to pop up. My solution for the time being is to tell people not to click on autofill items when entering their address on the credit card page. It works fine if you type in the data fresh. No one else on the board of our small nonprofit has had the problem.

    The credit card page is totally controlled by PayPal. The plugin has no control over that page (it only passes some values to that checkout page). You will need to ask PayPal what is going on since this is an issue with your PayPal account and the browser being used.
