 * The payment works, but i did notice some unexpected things. First is it possible
   to make it possible to complete the order immediately when a order is payed for?
   I used to use another payment processor which had that option (mollie)…
 * Also we use ginger payments because of a specific product that can only be sold
   with your service, but for some reason only when that specific product is sold,
   there is no email notification send to the shop administrator…
 * I have a mail log plugin installed and thats how i know…
