Auto win/loss not showing in league table?

    I’ve imported events with goals and left the Outcome empty so it works it out from the score, but the league table doesn’t show any points or win/loss count, just goals? http://prntscr.com/mbqtgo

    Do you have to add Win, Loss, Draw? If it’s empty is displays ‘Auto’, does that not mean it will work it out from the goals?

    Any clues very much appreciated!!

    Hi!

    Once it’s auto, you need to click update so one of the outcomes will be selected.

    The outcome is needed, as probably your league table creates points based on event outcomes.

    Thanks for the reply! So if you import a big number of events like 300 matches with scores and no outcomes, you then still have go in and re-save each post before Auto is picked up in the table?

    That’s correct. You could try using the quick edit / bulk edit feature of WordPress, maybe that can be a faster way to automatically set outcomes.

    Great, thanks for your help. Didn’t think the bulk quick edit had that particular item editable, unless that’s something you can specify somehow? I’ll research!

    That should work just fine with the bulk edit (just hit update for all items). Did you manage to do it?

    I manually went through in and saved them in the end. No problem and thank you!
