    Hi there,

Your plugin has been working absolutely fine for the longest time.
I just suddenly realized that new subscribers were not showing up in my mailchimp list.

What i noticed is that the BACKGROUND PROCESSING seems to be stuck for some reason.
I checked the error log and there were errors yesterday. I cleared the errors and manually processed about 1000 background jobs yesterday. Suddenly these subscribers were showing up in mailchimp.

    HOWEVER…..
This morning I see that it is doing it again. There are 30 background jobs sitting there.

There is also an error at the top of the page….SEE BELOW

Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$merge_vars in /home/traderst/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-sync/src/admin/class-manager.php on line 183

Warning: array_diff_key(): Expected parameter 1 to be an array, null given in /home/traderst/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-sync/src/admin/class-manager.php on line 183

    Would really appreciate your help.

    Regards

    Hi,

The old UserSync is no longer supported. Are you using the Premium version of our Plugin with the rebuild version of UserSync? If you are please contact us via Premium support (you can click the red help button on the right bottom of any page of the plugin settings).

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!

    Hi there,

Thanks for this. Are you basically saying the USERSYNC no longer works? And the only way to get this automatic sync is if I buy the premium version?

    Thanks

    Hi Ricardo,

The old usersync should still work as it did before, but because of all the different ways it can be used and the apparently complicated setups that are possible we decided we can no longer support that plugin for free and we did a complete rebuild and included that more robust rebuild into our Premium addon.

I know for a fact that there is a lot of people still using the old free plugin and it still works for them, but as said we are no longer able to provide free support for the discontinued version of usersync.

    Kind regards,

    Arne

    Hi Arne

How much would you guys charge to assist me with figuring out what the issue is?
Is that something you can do?

    Regards
    Ricardo

@traderstextbook — also, per @lapzor, note the following (from this thread; emphasis mine), which may be relevant:

UserSync is indeed part of the Premium plugin now. But the new version of UserSync will never touch the subscription status of users, and thus only sync their data if they are already subscribed.

    Hi Ricardo,

We do not support the old version of UserSync. You could buy the new Premium add-on that includes the rebuild version of UserSync and that then comes with our support.

The new version of UserSync indeed doesn’t change subscriber status, it only syncs existing subscribers data.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!

@traderstextbook – as a possible alternative solution, WP Fusion Lite may be able to sync your subscribers with your MailChimp list.
