Auto Update of Date and Time for Posts

Hi, I am a regular blogger and I keep updating my blog post periodically. While updating the posts it does not update the date it is updated. It always have the date it is originally posted. Is there any setting where i can have the date updated as and when i update an existing post ? This will help in tracking my post updates. Please help..
