Auto Update doesn’t work

Hello,
we kindly ask for your help, because the auto-update function only works on one of our two feeds, as you can see in the screenshot.
The last update of the second feed was a week ago and should be every hour.
What can we do?

Hi,
I have a similar issue. Autoupdate hasn’t been working for weeks, before the migration to Cloudways was working perfectly, since then not uptading. We have Varnish activated.
Hope someone can help.

The Php Max Execution Time: 30s is not sufficient to run an auto-update.
Please, increase the Php Max execution time to 600s or more and try again.
Once increase, disable the feed auto-update for a while and then enabled it again and check if it helps the auto update to work properly for both feeds.Thank you,

we increased the max execution time to 600s, but it still doesn’t work for the second feed.
What I don’t understand is, that it worked until one point. But we didn’t changed anything. We didn’t have more products for example …
We read your how-to and did everything except number 3 and 6.
Should I install the plugin you suggest in point 3?
We can’t image we have not enough ram because it worked all the time before.Thanks for your help
